Customers appreciate the ambiance and food quality, but some report cleanliness issues and service pressure for reviews.
I went here on a Saturday afternoon with my family. It was pretty jam packed with people and the staffs were quite busy. In the afternoon the ambiance felt okayish. Service was decent enough. The food items were good. We ordered crispy corn, kalmi kebab, chicken momo, papdi chat, half n half pizza and a sundae. All of them were good, specially the pizza. Overall it was a good experience for us.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The restaurant was visibly unclean, with poor hygiene standards that were hard to ignore. Unfortunately, the food was even worse. Every dish we tried was disappointing, lacking both quality and taste. Calling it bad would be generous—it was exceptionally bad. What bothered me most, however, was the way reviews seem to be collected here. Before leaving, the staff practically hovered over us and insisted that we leave a 5-star review on the spot. As if that wasn’t enough, they then wanted to take photos of the reviews after they were posted. After experiencing this firsthand, it’s easy to understand how this place manages to maintain a 4.5-star rating despite having 26,000+ reviews. When customers are pressured into posting positive reviews while staff watch over their shoulders, those ratings become highly questionable. I would strongly suggest that management focus less on collecting forced 5-star reviews and more on improving cleanliness, food quality, and the overall customer experience. We ordered watermelon salad and you can see it for yourself..no words to describe :)
Went to this resto-pub with my colleagues for my farewell, and it honestly turned out to be the perfect send-off The vibe was just right—good music, great ambience, and a place where you can actually talk and laugh without shouting over noise. The food didn’t disappoint either, and the drinks menu had enough options for everyone to enjoy. What made it special though was how comfortable and easy everything felt. The staff were friendly, service was smooth, and we could just focus on spending quality time together.
Rooftop so you can escape the summer heat with some warm breeze along with your food. They say would can work as well here but I with the music being played I'm not too sure if that's going to work out. It's pet friendly and they offer food for them as well. The food is decent. They have a variety of cuisines. You can get ur sandwiches, bar bites, breakfast specials, etc... The chicken lollipop was drenched in too much sauce. The fried rice and noodles were good. Must say the quantity is pretty good. They really need to do something about the flies issue. It's just annoying especially when you are trying to eat and swat them away. The service is slow and waiters are friendly but awkward at times. It is an upscale place so pricewise on the higher side. I would visit this place during the evenings for that rooftop vibe.
