CatchUp- Club, Brew House and Rooftop HSR Layout Bangalore

Visited Catch Up Brewpub in HSR yesterday with my office colleagues after making a prior booking. The only major positive about this place is its prime location in the main HSR area. They also display multiple attractive offers at the entrance, which initially creates a good impression. However, the actual experience was disappointing. A large number of dishes mentioned on the menu were simply not available. The staff seemed undertrained and definitely need better customer handling and service training. The food quality was also below expectations. The peanut masala, which is one of the most basic bar snacks, was served stale and the onions tasted spoiled. Experiences like this make customers question the overall kitchen standards and freshness of the food being served. Overall, this place has good potential because of its location and setup, but they seriously need to improve food quality, menu availability, and staff behaviour to deliver a better customer experience.

1. Service is really bad, I had to wait for 20-30 mins for things that need to cooking time like, on the rocks whiskey. Upon reminding the waiter for food, he said he forgot to place the order for food and will take 20 more mins 2. They dont have half of the alcohol on the menu. 3. Ambience is very average. 4. Cocktails were really good I went to this place because it offered 50% off on dineout and despite that it wasn't a pleasant experience

A GOOD place to catchup with your friends in HSR. Currently they are having 3 hour unlimited drinks all day offer & happy hours going on & its Most pocket friendly bar in HSR They also have lounge for small celebrations.

⚠️ DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! ⚠️ First things first — the service here is absolutely terrible. Extremely unprofessional staff and one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I had already seen several negative reviews before visiting, but I still decided to give this place a chance, thinking maybe those experiences were isolated cases. Unfortunately, the reality was even worse. ⚠️⚠️ Spend an extra ₹100–₹200 and go somewhere else. Trust me, it’s not worth ruining your evening here. Here’s what happened: 1. The alcoholic drinks barely contained any alcohol — except for bottled beers. Everything else tasted heavily diluted. 2. Food took nearly 1 hour to arrive. 3. The waitress behaved as if she owned the place — rude, arrogant, and highly unprofessional throughout. There’s honestly a lot more I could mention, but instead of wasting more time here, I’d rather go somewhere else and save the rest of my night. The funniest part? When I complained about my diluted beer, they replaced it with another one — and suddenly the new beer actually tasted like beer instead of water. That itself says everything. ⚠️⚠️ Even if they offer 90% OFF, avoid this place. Avoiddde ⚠️⚠️DEEPA! She’s absolutely unprofessional.
