BLR Brewing Co - HSR Layout

The experience dining here wasn't the best. The service was bad, confused staff who's role is to pick up the dishes ordered through the app from the kitchen and place it on the table, Not to serve it in the plate. There were moments they were getting the order from another table to us....wonder how can such a mistake happen when the order is placed from the barcode of a particular table with a unique number. The beverages hon a very fancy name, some cases names of places but they tasted ordinary and unimpressive. The food lacked taste in most dishes. The pizza, though had a generous amount of veggies, the crust was not to the mark. The kichadi (yes, we tried that too), seemed like was put in a grinder but was not blent completely and felt like a dish ideal for patients. Nachos lacked cheese or toppings. The dessert was fine. The valet was a complete mess as well. After dinner, the valet desk was unmanned. After 10 mins, a valet guy cae to the desk, handed over the key and asked us to pick the vehicle from a parallel lane behind the property. Overall was a unpleasant experience.

Great ambience, amazing vibes, and some of the best brewed beers in town at BLR Brewing Co. 🍻 Their Mango Beer is an absolute must-try, perfectly refreshing and full of flavor. The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Tried their Boulevard Chicken Pop Corn, Chicken Ghee Roast, Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry with Jasmine Rice, Chicken Biryani, and ended it with a delicious Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream 🍗🍛🍫 Perfect spot for good food, chilled beers, and a great time with friends. ✨

Amazing place!! The host and service is so good. Humble ground staff with no negativity. Washrooms are near and neat. The ambience is good. And food is yum !! Only they need to work on the lawn chairs, maybe with cushions.

The food was good. All the dishes were delicious. Out of the dishes we ordered, the achari soya chap and Puliyogare chicken were outstanding. I have tried all the beers, sampling each one. I feel the IPA stood out among them. The taste of IPA is a personal choice, as I only liked the taste of it from my group. Choices in Non-Pizza were very limited; we didn't have many options, so we opted for Veg. Also, I felt like food options were limited. Maybe more will come in the future. Overall, it was a good experience.
