Kindly change your order taker’s attitude. We asked for a crispy waffle and he replied saying “it will be burnt only” in a very rude manner. Earlier there was a manager who used to take orders with a smiling face and good customer service. Now the experience is very disappointing both the taste and the service quality have gone down. Hope you will look into this and improve the customer experience.

Had a great experience at the store! I want to especially appreciate Aditya for his outstanding support. He was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided me well, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. His behavior was very professional yet friendly, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Very small and cozy place We generally order triple chocolate most of the time it is soggy. Triple chocolate has white and dark chocolate. Staff were a bit slow sometimes it get congested. And being in the prime place expected this place to be a bit bigger. They had one good thing was you can have student id discount 20% on mon- friday You need to have physical id. Very unhygienic experience at Belgian Waffle. The store keeps its garbage right next to the entrance, and the smell was extremely stinky and off-putting. For a food outlet, hygiene should be the top priority, but this was a complete letdown. Honestly, it ruins the appetite even before stepping inside. Really disappointed with the brand for ignoring such a basic but important thing.
