Found a great local spot in HSR! Honestly, such a good experience. They serve premium ice cream, and the fruit they use is incredibly fresh. You definitely have to try the Mango Mastani and the Dry Fruit Special Sundae! The place is super clean, quiet, and has a nice vibe. The staff is great and very helpful. Overall, it's perfect for a quick dessert fix!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the order. I had ordered DBC through Zomato. Had the following issues - 1. The outlet took longer than usual to complete the order. 2. When I received the order, the Cream work on top of the DBC was a mess and was all over the box. Poor Packaging 3. Hot Chocolate given was extremely bitter. The after taste was more of coffee rather than chocolate 4. Vanila Icecream tasted sour 5. When I called to complain at the outlet, I was told - "Raise the request in Zomato to get a refund else disconnect the call" - Seriously, Your refund does not compensate to my compromised experience. All we expect is, you maintain the taste being a larger Icecream chain and try not to be rude to the customers when the issue is raised on the phone.

Very friendly and polite staff. Place appeared calm and vibey. We tried DBC and it was great. Service was also kind of very quick. Need to try other varieties aswell. Will keep updating this section as we try.
