I recently purchased a dark chocolate (Havia) from ibaco, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and safety standards. The dark chocolate had visible fungal growth inside. Additionally, inside the milk chocolate filling (which had a jam-like consistency), I found a rubber band. This is highly unacceptable and poses a serious food safety and health risk. Finding fungal contamination along with a foreign object raises serious concerns about hygiene, storage conditions, manufacturing processes, and overall quality control standards. As a consumer, I expect safe and hygienic products. Such negligence can lead to severe health consequences. I request immediate attention to this matter and appropriate corrective action from the management. I have photos and proof of purchase and am prepared to escalate this issue to the concerned food safety authorities if required.

I was genuinely happy and excited to visit Ibaco hsr for ice cream, but the staff’s irritated expressions completely spoiled the experience. Instead of enjoying our treat, we lost our excitement and even felt like we shouldn’t have come at all. I sincerely request the branch supervisor or Ibaco management to look into this issue — either by training staff on how to interact with customers positively or by listening to their concerns if they are facing challenges. A little courtesy and a smile can make all the difference in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ibaco Ice Cream Parlour. Firstly, their listed timings clearly mention 11 AM to 11 PM, but they start pushing customers out as early as 10:30 PM. I visited at 10:45 PM and was told dine-in wasn’t allowed—only takeaway. If that’s the case, then update your timings honestly instead of misleading customers. It gets worse. When I asked to taste a flavor before ordering (which is standard at most ice cream places), the staff outright refused. No explanation, no courtesy—just a blunt “no tasting.” If tasting is not allowed, then they should have had the basic sense to close the billing counter as well instead of continuing to take orders while denying customers the ability to choose properly. The attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. If you’re going to restrict service and basic customer experience, at least communicate it properly and behave respectfully.Fire that man right now. Terrible service, poor customer handling, and a complete lack of courtesy. Definitely not what you expect from a brand like Ibaco.

Customized ice cream options are really great with add on toppings. Pay by weight option is unique for ice cream parlors. I really liked it though. Staff is polite and helpful especially in understanding the order process here. They have huge range of ice cream flavours along with a variety of ice cream cakes and chocolates. Tiramisu flavor is newly introduced so gave it a try. It has a good punch of coffee flavor. I would say Ibaco serves one of the creamist ice-creams. Recommended 👍
