Want to share the experience with the delivery person of the company. The delivery person , caused damaged to my standing car on a red light near the Kudlu Gate. The company and their owner refused to take responsibility of the damage and kept on giving excuses and asking me to call some or other number. No matter how good or bad their products may be, if the employer is not willing to take responsibility of the damages caused by their employee’s mistake and the damages caused, such businesses must be highlighted. As per this cake company , I should go and follow up with the delivery person who caused the damage ( since he accepted his mistake) but the company won’t take any ownership of the damage caused to my vehicle. Want no harm to the employee, but definitely want to highlight the acts of this business.

I ordered the “buy 2 get 1” Tres Leches cake offer, but this is very disappointing. Today evening, I bought two butterscotch cakes and one rasmalai cake. Out of the three, one cake was completely spoiled while the other two were fine. I strongly feel that the free cake provided was the spoiled one, which is unfair and feels like cheating customers. This is actually the third time I’ve faced this issue. The first time, I returned the spoiled cake and got a replacement. The second time, we ate at the shop and it was fine. But now again, I’ve received a spoiled cake. This is unacceptable. What if someone assumes it’s just the flavor and eats it? It could seriously affect their health. I will definitely be visiting the shop tomorrow morning to raise this issue.

very bad service. They deliversed cake way too late. While ordering, I have asked them to deliver at 5:30. It is written on the slip also which photo is attached here. Our celebration time was 6:30. But they delivered cake at 7:30. They delivered at 7:30 because I got angry on them over phone & said no need to deliver now & you can eat it yourself. That's why they delivered at 7:30 at least, else they would have waited till 9:30, had I not got angry. By the time, cake came, our celebration was done. we celebrated b'day by buying a ready cake from a local shop nearby. There was no use of cake afterwards. When asked delivery guy reason for delay, he said that there was another order & bike went there. hence, he came walking to deliver our order. I was surprized by this non-sense answer. But had no option. I would suggest anyone who want to celebrate happily, never order from fb cakes, bommanhalli branch. They won't give you a single rupee discount but won't offer you the services worth the money they are charging for. When you can't deliver, why to make fake promises to the customer?
