I had a very positive experience with this shop. we always used to purchase sweets, namkeen from them. this time we were little unsatisfied with the rasogulla we purchased, I called the shop owner to share my feedback. To my surprise, the owner immediately took responsibility and arranged for a replacement batch to be delivered to our home free of cost. This kind of customer service is truly commendable. It shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The replacement was fresh and delicious, and overall I am very pleased with both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience at 56 Bhoga Dōkan due to extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the elderly staff members. We asked for 2 badas that were freshly taken out of the kadai, but instead we were served cold and stale badas. Even after politely informing them multiple times that the badas were cold and not fresh, the staff member arrogantly replied that “everything is the same”. When we tried to question this further, that staff member simply walked away, avoiding any responsibility. Another staff member came and asked “what happened,” but completely ignored the issue and took no action. As Odias living in Bangalore, we naturally expect and offer polite behavior, especially at a place representing our own cuisine. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the opposite. This is not the first time we have faced such rude behavior from the staff here. The food itself is generally edible, and because we love Odia cuisine, we have visited this place many times for sweets and other items. However, such rude, dismissive, and unacceptable behavior from staff is a big letdown and completely ruins the experience. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff on basic customer courtesy and accountability, because this behavior is not acceptable at all.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Odia snacks shop near Jagannath Temple in Agra. Every visit feels like a taste of home, and I wanted to share some feedback for the management. The Ghugni and Bara are amazing, and the Rasgulla is also very tasty! These dishes bring out the real, authentic flavors. However, the quality of the Chhena Poda could be improved, and the Dhivara has too much potato in it. Fixing these small issues would make a big difference. I also want to praise the counter staff, especially the young man serving the Bahivarra. They are very friendly and helpful. Please keep up the good quality, as this shop means a lot to me.

Good place for Odia snacks and sweets. Food is really good; but make sure you ask the price before ordering. I didn’t and had to pay more than the price listed on Zomato/Swiggy.
