Shell Helix Exclusive Car Care Center

We visited Shell Helix on January 3rd, 2026, for a periodic service of my XUV 500. One of the staff members suggested opting for the Gold Service package, which cost ₹10,500. However, the service charges were not displayed anywhere in the showroom. We handed over the car at 1:30 PM and were asked to return by 5:00 PM. At around 4:00 PM, a mechanic called and informed me that the brake pads were completely worn out and needed replacement, costing ₹4,000. I agreed to this. After 15 minutes, he called again and said the brake discs were also damaged and would cost ₹6,500. This raised suspicion, so I did not agree and asked them to proceed only with the service. When we arrived at 5:30 PM to collect the car, we were asked to wait another 30 minutes. However, the vehicle was finally delivered only at 9:30 PM. By then, the shop was closed, there were no lights outside, and it was completely dark, so I was unable to inspect the car properly and had no choice but to leave. After reaching home, I noticed that the wheel covers were missing and the windshield was scratched. No bill or invoice was provided. I paid ₹14,500 without knowing what services were actually performed. The Gold Service package includes AC vent foam cleaning, but it is clearly visible that this was not done. Overall, I seriously doubt whether the promised services were carried out at all. Important parts are missing, cleaning was not done properly, and I now have to spend additional money to replace the parts.

The customer care experience is extremely bad. The mud didn’t go after the service, and they wiped on top of it, that made scratches on the body. Also they left the car in the main road with out even finishing the wiping that resulted in the water drying out and leaving hard water marks. I won’t suggest visiting this place for car wash definitely.

Zero knowledge about the cars. My car's cooling system was kicking in every minute so went there to get it inspected. First time ever visit outside ASC. They brushed me off casually saying it's normal with Ford cars. Went to Ford service centre immediately after that and found thermostat compartment leaking and almost zero coolant in my car. Dropped the car there for the part replacement. Just got lucky as I believed my instincts and didn't listen to them. Never had a trust on them but now it's double-triple confirmed that these guys are just jokers.

Worst service and fraud service centre . I have never took for my car. They didn’t clean proper windshield. They don’t even know to clean a seat or wipe a seat with a polish. And to do the proper vacuum also. Worst service in entire Bangalore
