Customers report mixed experiences with service quality.
I submitted my Royal Enfield Hunter 350 for the 3rd service. Until the service, the bike was smooth and perfectly fine. After the service, the engine started making unusual noise. When I took the bike back to the service center: - One technician said the chain was loose, tightened it, and asked me to check. The noise was still there. - Then another technician checked and said it was a socket issue. He fixed something and again asked me to check, but the noise was still present. - Later another person rode the bike hardly 100 meters on an uneven road and simply said there was no issue. But the noise is clearly noticeable while riding on a proper road. Nobody had a clear diagnosis or patience to properly inspect the issue. Every time I reported the problem, they just applied lubricant or made temporary adjustments and asked me to leave. Very disappointing service experience. Please ensure proper inspection and knowledgeable technicians before handing over customers’ bikes.
I recently visited the Royal Enfield Service Centre and had a very positive experience. The staff were professional, polite, and attentive throughout the entire service process. They carefully listened to the issues I mentioned and explained the work that needed to be done in a clear and transparent manner. A special thanks to Ajay, the service centre POC, who ensured everything was handled smoothly and kept me informed about the progress of the service. The service was completed within the promised time, and the quality of work was excellent. My bike feels much smoother and well-maintained after the service. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the service area and the organized workflow of the team. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this Royal Enfield Service Centre to other riders. Thank you to Ajay and the entire team for the great support and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Worst Royal Enfield service center I’ve ever experienced. Customer service is absolutely pathetic. The owner behaves in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner—not only with customers, but even with his own staff. There is zero courtesy, zero patience, and zero accountability. When it comes to free service, they don’t even listen to customer concerns. They simply change the oil and hand the bike back within minutes, without proper inspection or explanation. The approach feels completely money-minded rather than customer-focused. Communication is poor, and concerns are often dismissed in a rude and aggressive tone. If professionalism and basic manners are missing, it doesn’t matter how good the brand is—the overall experience is completely ruined. My rating would be 0/5, but unfortunately there’s no option to give zero.
Terrible service This was my second free service, i have one of their most expensive bike and the service they give is way below ordinary. They just cleaned my bike with a cloth and gave it back. I doubt they topped up the oil coz it feels like it’s not even touched. No washing done. Odometer wasn’t working which i mentioned atleast ten times when i gave the bike and now when i asked about it they were clueless, i think they didn’t even check it. RE should do something about it. It’s not just this but all the service centre are shitty.
