Ride N Repair

I had booked service on May 10th 2026 in Kannur. I had a break down because of low battery. They allotted time was evening 6pm. But till the next day no one called. I trusted them and didn’t find any local mechanic. I was on a solo road trip from Bangalore. Now stuck in Kannur because of there mistake. Even customer care does not response.

I’d recommend avoiding services like Ride N Repair and instead going with a nearby local mechanic, as they are usually more reliable for small jobs and don’t add unnecessary extra charges. From my experience, local service providers tend to be more transparent with pricing, you can directly talk to the mechanic, and the work often gets done faster without hidden costs. Over time, once you find a trustworthy local shop, it becomes much easier to maintain your vehicle without worrying about overcharging or poor service.

This has been the most pathetic service experience I’ve ever encountered. A technician named Raja attended to my bike, charged me ₹5,200, and left. The bike is in the exact same non-working condition as before. The issues: • Financial Exploitation: Raja took the full payment under the guise of a "fix" that never happened. • Ghosting: I have called him dozens of times. He is now intentionally dodging my calls. • Zero Accountability: I have raised complaints via Instagram and your official contact numbers. Absolutely no one has taken action or even bothered to follow up. At this point, this isn't just bad service—it’s a scam. You have taken my money and provided zero value in return. If I don’t receive a callback and a full refund or an immediate repair by a competent senior technician, I will be taking this to the Consumer Forum and highlighting this "theft" across every social media platform.

Took my bike here because it was making a strange noise from the engine. The mechanic checked it properly and explained the issue in simple terms. I liked that they didn’t push for unnecessary replacements. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but the problem was resolved completely. Pricing was reasonable compared to other places nearby.
