I opted for the Aiges Armour PPF, and the team did a fantastic job with the installation – the finishing is seamless and looks absolutely premium. A special mention to Mahesh who was very helpful throughout the process. He gave me complete information about PPF, patiently explained all options, and guided me in choosing the best one for my car. They also offered a very good price compared to other options in the market without compromising on the quality of work. The staff were professional, transparent, and delivered the car on time. I recently took my Skoda Kodiaq to Carzspa HSR for a full PPF treatment. While I want to be fair in my assessment, the overall experience has been deeply frustrating due to poor after-sales support and broken promises. The Positives PPF Quality: The actual paint protection film application was done nicely. The finish looks good and the initial workmanship on the wrap itself was satisfactory. Initial Rectification: After the PPF was applied, the "SKODA" lettering on the tailgate was completely misaligned. To their credit, they did fix this alignment issue once I brought the car back to the showroom. The Negatives (Where things went wrong) The "completeness" of the job was where the experience fell apart. After delivery, the letter "K" from Kodiaq went missing on Day 1, followed shortly by the letter "X" from the 4x4 badge. Empty Promises: I was initially promised that these would be replaced via a backorder from Skoda Bengaluru. However, days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Lack of Communication: I proactively chased the owner for updates. After an initial response about a "pending backorder," the communication completely stopped. My messages went unanswered, leaving me with an incomplete-looking premium vehicle. Self-Resolution: Tired of waiting and being ignored, I eventually went to the Skoda showroom myself, purchased the emblems, and paid out of pocket to have them fixed correctly. Final Verdict Carzspa HSR charges a hefty premium for their services. When you pay that kind of money, you expect a turnkey solution and professional accountability. My takeaway: Imagine if I had "dilly-dallied" on the payment the way they did with my car's badging—I’m certain that wouldn’t have been tolerated. It is disappointing to be left with a sense of mistrust after spending so much. The lack of basic follow-through turned what should have been a premium experience into a massive headache. I would not recommend this outlet based on the lack of professional courtesy and the "ghosting" regarding a simple badge replacement.

I got PPF (Paint Protection Film) done for my bike at Carzspa HSR, and unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great. While the staff was polite and responsive during my visits — which I appreciate — the quality of the work itself has left me disappointed. The finishing wasn’t up to the mark right from the start, with noticeable edges and air bubbles in some areas. Despite giving them time to fix things during the installation, the results were not satisfactory. To make matters worse, within a short span, the PPF started showing signs of wear and tear. For a service that cost me, I expected far better durability and attention to detail. I chose Carzspa because of the brand reputation and was hoping for a professional, clean job, but sadly, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. I’m quite particular about my bike, and it’s disheartening to see subpar work on something that should be protecting the paint, not damaging its appearance. Again, I want to highlight that the staff behavior was good — courteous and willing to listen. But at the end of the day, it’s the service quality that matters most, especially when it comes to protective films. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting your PPF work done here unless they make significant improvements in quality control and finishing.

Best Detailer I have ever come across. Got PPF done here at Carzspa HSR layout they did a magnificent job on my car Mahindra 3XO , PPF was did as per expectations very skilled and pretty professional people. they were very helpful and supportive in whole process. The PPF was done beautifully and enough after care instructions have been provided while delivery was also on time. Also appreciated the video/picture updates via WhatsApp throughout the course of the process. Overall the cost and time taken is totally justified the outcome. Highly recommend to everyone looking to get their car pampered and give an ultimate protection for your car.
