Had a great experience with Bikezo! They picked up my Vespa right from home and handled the entire service end-to-end. The difference after servicing is honestly impressive - it feels incredibly smooth, almost like riding a brand new scooter again. Special shoutout to Syed for managing everything so seamlessly from pickup to delivery. Really appreciate the care and attention given. Never call these people if your bike breaks down. This feels like a complete scam in the name of bike repair. They charged ₹500–₹550 just for pickup, then sent a technician from a random local garage. After that, I was given a bill of around ₹9,000–₹10,000. They separate labor charges and “general service”, but the so-called general service is only a “checkup” and doesn’t include anything — not even washing. I cross-checked the bill with my regular garage and also checked the market prices of some parts. Most parts were billed almost double. For example, a part that costs ₹500–₹520 in the market was billed at ₹900. According to my regular mechanic, I was overcharged by at least ₹2,500–₹3,000. Please be careful. This looks like a clear overpricing trap when your vehicle breaks down and you have no option. Avoid if you don’t want to regret it later. ⚠️

Very bad service... No one came for service, after giving time 3 times... traffic hai.. 3pm aayega.. fir traffic hai.. Not sure what traffic within 1 km of their shop Only wrong time commitment ... Fake service... not recommended... don't waste your time...

Please avoid using this site. They’re not professionals and provide a PDF saying it’s an invoice using Canva. Initially, they quote 499 Rs for the service, but later they’ll add labour charges and other expenses as additional charges. and when we try connecting them to validate the invoice they ignore your calls ****If you want to waste your hard-earned money, approach them. They’ll happily take it and damage your bike as a complimentary service.**** They add fake ratings and hide the real comments UPDATE: Bikezo team commented to share the details over email. But when a customer was trying to seek help/clarity at the time when the invoices received, they simply ignored the call.
