Customers report inconsistent service quality and long wait times.
Worst service centre I haven't seen till now. 1. If we are paying billing first there will not accept card. 2. The serrvice was not done properly. 3. Vechile given in morning 11:30 am till evening 5 : 00 pm there have not started service till yet, its is general service only 4. Though the have app but it will not update the time when it will delivered. Note : The billing staff was so rude
Absolutely pathetic service. My bike silencer broke midway while I was riding — and I was literally on my way to get it serviced. Somehow I managed to reach the service centre. The executive initially told me it was under warranty and said he would check availability and confirm whether the part could be arranged from the Bommanahalli branch or any other branch. In the evening when I called for an update, I was shocked to hear that the part is not available in ANY service station across Bangalore. Seriously? Now they are saying they have to get the part from Gujarat. Is this some kind of joke? This is basic inventory management. How can a major service centre not have such a common part available anywhere in the city? And the attitude is even worse — they behave as if they’re doing charity work instead of providing a paid service under warranty. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Worst place to give your vehicle for service. I have given my vehicle here for 3 free services and not happy with them at all. 1. I have complaint about mileage, after their 2nd free service the statistics are as follows before service 40+ and after service 37 Kmpl, surprisingly after 3rd free service statistics are as follows before service 37 Kmpl and after service 33 Kmpl. Worst service provider. Service manager response is worst instead of looking for betterment he will tell stories. 2. They will not check air pressure for tyres. 3. They will remove all screws & Blogs and don't fit all of them back into place. Please check your vehicle thoroughly while taking delivery whether all bolts are fitted and and all buttons are workings especially screws near foot rests. 4. The sales unit says 3 free waterwash when it comes to service they say it is dry wash because BBMP prohibited this and they do for some vehicles for God sake I don't know. 5. They will charge you for vehicle health report in your invoice, when you actually ask for it. They will take your vehicle back for the report which clearly indicate that they charge for the service they don't provide. At the end they will not provide for clear full report but an unclear screenshot xerox, I asked for a soft copy that also they are not in a position to provide. I am fed up with this agency.
Entire staff seems horrible. They asked me wait for 50 mins stating its lunch time. They should manage this correctly. One lady i would like to appreciate for her polite gesture. Her name was Kavitha. Very courteous and professional. Helped us to get our vehicle without wait time. Whatever ratimg i m giving is only for her customer first attitude.
