I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent second service experience at your service centre. Before servicing, the brakes on my bike were functioning perfectly. However, after the service, the braking performance has significantly reduced and is not as effective as it was earlier. I brought this issue to your attention, but the service advisor, Mr. Sanjay, responded rudely and stated that this is normal, which is not acceptable. Additionally, despite clearly informing the team not to apply any polish to my bike, the polish was still applied without my consent. I was later told that this could affect braking performance temporarily for around 20 km. However, I have already driven approximately 233 km since the service, and the brakes are still not performing properly. I am disappointed with both the quality of service and the lack of proper response from the staff. I request you to kindly look into this matter.

Not at all good , my brother brought 1 month ago,after 1 month he got many problems , not even know the problem what happened that Auto ,we checked near by mechanical center ,they can't find the problem,when we called this service center there are not responding at all , Soo please don't go for this ....

Very worst worst service ,,,staff service people are very irresponsible,,,a good new running vehicle they made it to stop on the road...culprit staffs,,after the service the vehicle stopped running...after many requests too they are not responding to any requests....don't buy vehicles from this showroom...
