GTR PITSTOP - Gear For Total Riding

I had a purchase from the shop for my riding gears. The staffs were well interactive which helped me for choosing my gears. Collection for helmets, all sort of riding gears and bike accessories are available here. Even gel seats & air seats exhausts and all other bike riding supports are available. Edit: visited again for a purchase, had a purchase installed by them and negotiated for price. Good collection for mobile Mounts.

GTR Pitstop HSR layout, Bengaluru is a great place for riding gear and accessories. The shop is well maintained, and the customer service is excellent staff are helpful and guide you properly based on your needs. I recently purchased a tyre hugger for my KTM 390 Adventure X, and the product quality seems good so far. They also have a wide range of helmets and riding accessories from different brands, which is a big plus. Pricing feels reasonable compared to the market. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place for riders.

I had a great experience with GTR pitstop. I had issues with my Aoocci C6 pro twice. Both times they just gave me new replacements. No questions asked, no extra charges. I am not sure when was the last time I have such high quality customer service in Bangalore. Kudos to Sultan and Abby and every one at the store. Great collection, knowledgeable folks with great attitude.

Third class service! No active customer support.. No replies.. Always saying the same thing, ping us on WhatsApp and getting ignored there too.. Bought a dashcam from their website, it took 2 days to reach my city (BLR to BOM) but it took 3 weeks for getting delivered for last 2 km. Worst merchant support. Always one answer, ping us on WhatsApp and our manager will check. Not recommended to buy from here
