Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Service I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I chose it primarily due to its proximity, and purchased a Pioneer head unit. They assured me beforehand that there would be no wire tampering and that sockets would be used for installation. However, they ended up cutting multiple wires and casually said, “Nobody will get to know.” Absolutely ridiculous. The technician who began the installation seemed inexperienced and didn’t even know how to access the screws. Eventually, they called another person to complete the job, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He kept saying, “Don’t worry, we know everything,” but refused to answer any of my questions. They cut a large section of the dashboard plastic to fit the system and tampered with several wires. I was also forced to buy an additional converter just to enable the reverse camera. Unfortunately, the converter is of very poor quality—nothing is visible on the screen. Ironically, the same camera worked beautifully with my old system. To make things worse, they weren’t even transparent about the pricing. They just kept saying, “We’ll do the installation first, then you can pay.” Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The experience was highly unprofessional and frustrating.
