Worst customer service .... collected extra Rs.3500 interest a amount from without any information. When I am paying interest amount month on month regularly also....regularly unnecessary and unwanted calls received from muthoot Finance people side..... important renewal calls and all they're voluntarily they're avoiding... because there intention is...they need to collect extra interest amount from genuine regular customers.
