I first visited the vishwapriya branch, and the experience there was very disappointing. The staff did not treat customers properly, and I felt very uncomfortable. After that, I came to the Bommanahalli branch, and the experience was completely different. The staff here were very polite, respectful, and welcoming. I did not even mention my previous bad experience, but still they treated me very well and even gave me souvenirs. I am very happy with the service at the Bomanalli branch. Please keep up the good work.

Dear TOP Management of Muthoot, I have been a valued customer of Muthoot Finance since 2017. However, I am disappointed to share my recent experience at your Mangammanapalya branch. Today, I visited the branch for a gold loan and had to wait for more than 45 minutes, despite there being no significant customer rush. The staff appeared inexperienced and were unable to handle queries independently, frequently contacting the branch manager, who was not available on-site. After the long wait, I was informed that the loan could not be processed due to an overdue issue. This could have been communicated much earlier, saving considerable time and inconvenience. Additionally, I noticed a lack of basic preparedness at the branch. For instance, staff had to step out to purchase a battery, which further delayed the process. Such operational inefficiencies are unexpected from a reputed organization like Muthoot Finance and can negatively impact customer trust and brand reputation. I have never encountered such an experience in the past, and this was quite disappointing. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve service standards at this branch.
